Tommy brings over 25 years of experience in strategic insights to each client engagement. He’s a hands-on executive, working directly with clients to deliver insights that change perspective.

A native Nashvillian, Tommy spent 20 years in the San Francisco area, working for clients across the industry. He returned to Nashville in 2020 and founded Charleston Strategies shortly thereafter.

She thrills in simplifying the complex - whether it’s time dynamics, homing in on a deep human insight, or unpacking a creative idea sensitively.

Heather Corts (Quantitative Consultant)

Heather brings more than 25 years of research experience to Charleston Strategies. Since beginning her career at Research International, she has worked across qualitative and quantitative methodologies and categories for companies such as the online travel company Priceline & market research firm Mizzouri.

Tim Taylor (Strategy Consultant)

Tim brings over 20 years of advertising agency strategy & research experience, connecting brands to people and culture. He is an experienced moderator & strategic planner.

Tim has worked across a variety of clients & categories, including AT&T, Southwest Airlines, Honda/Acura, Dole, and MGM Resorts.

Jenny Branstetter (Qualitative Consultant)

Jenny has more than 25 years of strategy & research experience and a passion for qualitative research to inform new opportunities for clients.

Jenny began her career at McCann Erickson San Francisco, where she was a Strategic Planner for clients such as Microsoft & Applied Materials. She has held roles at Cheskin, Kantar, and GAP Inc.

Begonia has over 25 years of experience in insights, brand strategy, and marketing. She’s worked with companies of all sizes, as well as non-profit & local government organizations to connect more effectively with their target audiences. From government leaders & C-Suite executives to teenagers & recent immigrants, Begonia’s love for understanding human behavior drives her approaches to moderation, whether in English or Spanish.

Maria-Gracia is a bilingual qualitative researcher with more than 20 years of experience in multicultural marketing & communications. Driven by an anthropological curiosity about human nature & its paradoxes, she works to transform research findings into actionable recommendations & clear growth opportunities. Maria-Gracia has worked across a variety of industries to understand both Hispanic & General Market consumers, including retail, grocery, entertainment, CPG, and beverages.

Angela Momney Glionna (Qualitative Consultant)

Angela brings more than 27 years of experience in market research & brand consulting, with deep expertise in qualitative & quantitative methodologies. She’s led insights initiatives with leading global brands across categories, including financial services, luxury, technology, CPG, and entertainment. Angela’s a highly-experienced moderator & strategic thinker with a passion for delivering unexpected insights. 

Rachel has more than 20 years of experience in qualitative & quantitative research and research management. She has strong relationships with field partners globally and is an excellent troubleshooter & creative problem-solver, with experience across categories like CPG, technology, personal care, healthcare, and financial services.
